Underwriters receive a wide range of exposure. They are promoted in all newsletter articles and flyers, on advertisements purchased in newspapers, on all press releases submitted to local media, on local cable TV announcements, photo opportunities in local newspapers, through recognition and signage at the event.

Breakfast Forum: $250.00

Breakfast sponsors are promoted in all newsletter articles and flyers, on all press releases submitted to local media and local cable TV announcements. They also receive the opportunity to address attendees and provide promotional material to attendees at the event.

Business After Hours: $100 to host event

Hosts for Business After Hours events are promoted in all newsletter articles the month of and following the event, on flyers promoting the event in the newsletter, on local Cable TV and in all media announcements. This forum provides the host the opportunity to showcase their facility and services to 50-200 Chamber members and others you wish to invite. The Chamber staff makes personal phone calls to members to increase attendance for hosts.

Golf Tee, Green, Fairway & Prize Sponsorship (June): $25-$300

This popular Chamber event provides sponsors with exposure through signage to 144 players the day of the event. Sponsors are also recognized during the awards ceremony following the event and in the Chamber newsletter.

Las Vegas Nights Game Table Sponsors (Apr): $50 per game table

These popular Chamber fund raisers generate 200-300 attendees at the event. Sponsors receive exposure through signage provided at a game table(s) at the event. All sponsors are also recognized in the Chamber newsletter.

Rochester Summer Fest ( June): $50-$300

All day event to promote downtown Rochester complete with children's entertainment, crafts, food, musical entertainment and more.

Holiday Auction Table Sponsors (Nov): $50 per table

Another Chamber fund raiser that generates 200-300 attendees. Members are provided with the opportunity to donate an item and be listed in the Holiday Auction Booklet distributed at the event and when the item donated is auctioned off at the event. Auction item donors are also recognized in the Chamber newsletter.  Auction Table Sponsors are provided to receive recognition through signage as well as providing promotional material at the table. In addition to recognition at the event, sponsors are noted in the Chamber newsletter.

Holiday Parade: (Dec)

Parade Patron - $35.00: Parade Patrons will receive media exposure in the local newspapers prior to the parade and in the Chamber newsletter.

Parade Sponsor - $50.00: Parade Sponsors will receive media exposure in the local newspapers and the Chamber newsletter prior to the parade.

Parade Donor - $100.00: Parade Donors will receive media exposure in the local newspapers and local cable station and the Chamber newsletter prior to the parade.

Band Sponsors - $300-$1,000: Sponsors of marching bands have a banner displaying their business name carried in front of the sponsored band during the parade; receive media exposure in the local newspapers; the Chamber newsletter and local cable station. More than one business can sponsor one band. $1,000 sponsors will receive sole recognition for a band the day of the parade.
