Member Benefits and Services
There are many ways Chamber members can take advantage of membership.

Chamber members have access to the Chamber's mailing list containing over 1,000 firms in our service area. As a member, you may also insert a promotional piece in our monthly mailing or place an ad in our newsletter.

ADDITIONAL BUSINESS DISCOUNT
|
The Chamber offers members with at least one-half ownership in an additional business, the opportunity to have the additional business join at a $100 discount and receive all the benefits of the first business.

BREAKFAST PROGRAMS AND SERVICES
|
Programs feature a variety of topics of concern to area businesses.
|
BROCHURE/BUSINESS CARD DISTRIBUTION
|
Members may supply the Chamber office with brochures and/or business cards for display where other members, visitors and business people can obtain them.

An event cosponsored by the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce and a member firm for the purpose of showcasing your business products and services and for bringing members together to make business contacts.

The Chamber receives numerous referrals for information on local businesses. Only members are referred.

A partnership with the Business & Industry Association of NH (BIA), providing Chamber members with 10 or less employees, a complimentary BIA membership offering a voice on state issues.

CHAMBER LINKS NETWORKING GROUPS

A morning and afternoon facilitated networking opportunity with one business “on-stage” for a 10 minute company presentation. Provides a smaller, intimate setting for all type members.

A raffle that promotes Chamber members. The winner of the Chamber raffle selects where to spend thousands of dollars in business certificates from the participating member businesses who wish to be on the Winner's Selection List.

The Chamber represents the unified voice of Northern Strafford County's business community to our elected officials whose decisions impact business.
|
The Chamber receives inquiries from people who are interested in visiting or moving to the Rochester area. Each month a list of all inquiries received are sent to subscribing members.

Members can post their job openings on the Chamber’s website Free.
|
Address list can be provided electronically or on labels of area businesses are available for a minimal fee.

MEMBER DIRECTORY AND BUYERS GUIDE
|
The Chamber publishes a directory which lists all member businesses and business categories free to members.
|
Members who recruit new members to the Chamber receive gift certificates that can be redeemed at participating member businesses or receive credit toward Chamber functions.
|
members may offer discounts that are offered to those purchasing Chamber Discount Cards. A list of participating members offering discounts will be published in the Chamber Update newsletter and updated monthly on the Chamber' website.

NH SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER - SEACOAST OFFICE
|
The Chamber building houses the NH Small Business Development Center's-Seacoast Office to provide existing or potential businesses with one-to-one, confidential counseling and management assistance. Programs are conducted monthly by the NH Small Business Development Center (NHSBDC) are available by appointment. Topics include marketing, financial analysis, business planning, operations, and more. Call the NH SBDC at 603-330-1929.

The Chamber publishes and forwards UPDATE on a monthly basis to inform members of upcoming events and programs, committee news, member news, legislative updates, etc.

The Chamber publishes and distributes information such as an economic and demographic profile, relocation brochure, maps, schedules, community information and other publications.

Members can receive a monthly list of those making inquires about the area in order to market their business.
|
RELOCATION PACKAGE INSERTS
|
Members can insert a flyer/brochure in Chamber relocation packages to promote themselves to those interesting in relocating to Rochester.
|
RIBBON CUTTINGS/GROUNDBREAKINGS
|
The Chamber office coordinates these events for member businesses.
|
As a benefit of chamber membership, chamber member employees or children of those employed by a chamber member are eligible to apply for a $500 scholarship that is awarded in a student's second year of attendance at a full-time college, university or technical school.

Members can obtain a link from the Chamber's home page to their own home page on the world wide web.In addition, several advertising opportunities are now available on the site.
