Event Description:
Join the Chamber as they present a dynamic series, entitled Breakfast with Brylye. Sponsored by Profile Bank, this breakfast series will feature Brylye Collins of Rose Talent Consulting, who will lead us through three separate talent acquisition programs.
The first session - Recruitment 101 on Tuesday, April 18 and will feature a presentation on how to select the best possible candidate for the position.
The second session - Employee Engagement on Tuesday, May 9 and will analyze employee engagement at every stage of the employee life cycle and provide tips and tools for fostering employee engagement.
The final session - Leadership Basics on Friday, May 19 will provide new and tenured leaders with the tools and skills needed to become effective leaders. We will compare different leadership styles, assess the essential qualities of a great leader, and discuss the differences between a manager and a leader.
All 3 sessions will be held from 7:30 to 9:00 am, downstairs at the Granite Steak & Grill located at 17 Farmington Road in Rochester. Breakfast is included.
The cost to attend is $25/session or $60 for the entire series.
